Note 1: All materials provided by the applicant must be truthful and reliable. The applicant shall be held solely responsible for any consequences arising from the submission of false information. The employing unit is responsible for conducting a thorough information audit.

Note 2: The applicant must bring one 1-inch recent photo to the Personnel Section to collect a physical examination form. Examinations are held every Monday and Wednesday morning at the Qianhu Campus Hospital. Applicants must fast (empty stomach) for the exam.

Note 3: The applicant must bring one 1-inch recent photo to the Personnel Section to collect a psychological testing form. Registration and testing take place every Monday and Wednesday morning in Room 017, Building 6 of the Student Affairs Building (Xuegong Lou)

Note 4: Tiers 1 & 2 Talent: The university centrally organizes internal and external expert reviews; Tier 3 Talent: The specific employing unit organizes the internal expert review.Review results must be deliberated by the employing unit’s Professors' Committee and finalized by the Joint Meeting of Party and Government Leaders. After a public notification period with no objections, the results are reported to the Human Resources Department.
